CAD Operator – Gerber Accumark (Qatar)

About the role

The CAD Operator – Gerber Accumark position is a full‑time, on‑site role based in Qatar. You will create, modify and manage garment patterns using the Gerber Accumark system, ensuring accurate grading, marking and plotting for production.

Key responsibilities

• Interpret technical specifications and digitise patterns in Gerber Accumark.
• Perform grading, marking and plotting to meet production requirements.
• Optimize fabric utilization and prepare markers for cutting operations.
• Maintain and update CAD files and related documentation.
• Coordinate with design, production and quality teams to ensure pattern accuracy.
• Support back‑office documentation and workflow tracking as needed.

Required profile

• Strong computer operations and literacy skills.
• Proficiency with Gerber Accumark or similar CAD software.
• Effective communication to collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
• Experience in back‑office operations, typing and data entry.
• Relevant experience as a CAD Operator in apparel or textile manufacturing.
• Knowledge of garment construction, pattern making and grading standards.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Qatar.
