Call Center Agent – Arabic Preferred

About the role

The Ritz-Carlton Doha is seeking a Call Center Agent to handle reservation enquiries and provide exceptional guest service. The position is full‑time and based at the hotel in West Bay Lagoon, Doha.

Key responsibilities

• Process reservation requests, changes, and cancellations received by phone, fax, or mail.
• Identify guest needs, verify room availability, and explain guarantee, special rates, and cancellation policies.
• Enter and retrieve data in the reservation system, including special room types and rate codes.
• Apply sales techniques to maximize revenue and follow escalation procedures for guest concerns.
• Answer questions about property facilities, services, and room accommodations.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• No prior related work experience required.
