Call Centre Agent

About the role

The Call Centre Agent will work full‑time on‑site in Doha, handling inbound customer calls for Al Waha Cars. The role focuses on delivering product information, resolving issues and ensuring high customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Answer incoming customer calls and provide support and product information.
• Address inquiries, resolve complaints and maintain customer satisfaction.
• Manage customer accounts and input data into the company’s systems.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a Customer Service Representative.
• Strong focus on customer satisfaction and excellent interpersonal skills.
• Good computer literacy and ability to navigate customer support software.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work efficiently in a team and fast‑paced environment.
• Fluency in Arabic and English; Malayalam, Hindi or Telugu a plus.
• Automotive industry experience is beneficial.
