CAM Programmer – CNC & Mastercam Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a skilled CAM Programmer to join our manufacturing team. The role focuses on creating and optimizing CNC programs for turning, milling and EDM operations using Mastercam, ensuring high efficiency and quality in production.

Key responsibilities

• Develop CNC programs for turning machines up to 4‑axis and milling machines up to 5‑axis.
• Program EDM Wire and Sink processes.
• Utilize Mastercam to generate accurate toolpaths and post‑processors.
• Interpret technical drawings and engineering specifications.
• Optimize machining processes for productivity, tool life and part quality.
• Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with manufacturing standards.

Required profile

• Proven experience in CNC programming within a manufacturing or production environment.
• Strong background with turning, milling and EDM equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Familiarity with API 6A products and water‑pump components.
