Cargo Strategic Partnerships Analyst (Strategy/Analytics)

About the role

Qatar Airways is seeking a Cargo Strategic Partnerships Analyst to support the growth and management of strategic cargo partnerships. Based in Doha, you will provide analytical, operational and commercial support to ensure effective collaboration with partner airlines.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze commercial and operational partnership data, tracking volumes, rates, revenue and performance trends.
• Prepare regular reports and dashboards monitoring partnership performance against KPIs.
• Troubleshoot irregular interline shipments and coordinate resolutions with internal teams and partner airlines.
• Support development and upkeep of commercial, operational and digital processes, documenting SOPs.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and partner airlines to ensure alignment on day‑to‑day activities.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
• Strong analytical ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
• Excellent stakeholder management and coordination skills.
• Experience documenting and improving business processes.
• Basic knowledge of air cargo commercial and operational processes is preferred.
