Category Manager – Home & Pets

About the role

Snoonu is looking for a driven Category Manager to own the Home and Pets assortment across its dark‑store network. You will be responsible for the commercial performance, availability and overall success of the category, working closely with Supply Chain, Operations and Marketing.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day commercial performance, optimise assortment, pricing, promotions and inventory.
• Execute in‑app campaigns, optimise category pages, product lists, banners and search to boost conversion.
• Build strong relationships with partners and suppliers, monitor stock, pricing accuracy and catalog quality.
• Track category performance through dashboards, analyse customer behaviour and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Engineering or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in Category Management, Retail, FMCG or E‑commerce.
• Strong analytical mindset, project management skills and customer‑first attitude.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel for commercial analysis.
• Experience with Business Intelligence (BI) tools.
