Chef de Partie – Culinary Team

About the role

The Chef de Partie will join the culinary team at The St. Regis Residence in Doha, preparing special meals, maintaining food quality, and supporting service operations in a high‑end hotel environment.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare special meals and substitute items according to recipes and presentation standards.
• Regulate temperature of ovens, broilers, grills, and roasters and monitor food quality and quantity.
• Thaw frozen items, prepare cold foods, and ensure proper portioning, arrangement, and garnish.
• Maintain food logs, inform chefs of excess items for specials, and communicate menu specials to service staff.
• Assist in hiring, training, scheduling, and evaluating staff as needed.
• Follow all company safety and security policies and report maintenance needs, accidents, or unsafe conditions.
• Maintain a clean, professional appearance and uphold confidentiality of proprietary information.
• Anticipate and address guests’ service needs with clear, professional communication.
• Develop and maintain positive working relationships and support team goals.

Required profile

• Technical, trade or vocational school degree.
• At least 3 years of relevant culinary experience.
• No supervisory experience required.
