Chef de Partie – Masa

About the role

The Chef de Partie – Masa will be responsible for preparing and presenting high‑quality dishes in the Masa outlet of JW Marriott Doha. You will work closely with the kitchen team to ensure consistency, safety, and guest satisfaction while adhering to the hotel’s culinary standards.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare special meals, substitute items and cold foods according to recipes and presentation standards.
• Regulate temperatures of ovens, broilers, grills and roasters and maintain food logs.
• Ensure proper portioning, arrangement and garnish of each dish.
• Monitor food quality and quantity, communicate needs during busy periods and inform the Chef of excess items for daily specials.
• Support the Food & Beverage team by communicating menu specials and out‑of‑stock items.

Required profile

• Technical, trade or vocational school qualification in culinary arts or related field.
• Minimum three years of relevant kitchen experience, preferably in a luxury hotel environment.
• No supervisory experience required.
