Civil Procurement Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Civil Procurement Engineer with experience in EPC and construction projects. The role involves managing the end‑to‑end procurement of civil materials and services, ensuring timely delivery, cost optimisation, and strict compliance with project specifications.

Key responsibilities

• Execute full‑cycle procurement of civil materials and services.
• Prepare RFQs, evaluate technical and commercial bids, and select vendors.
• Coordinate material requirements with engineering and site teams.
• Align procurement activities with project schedules.
• Prepare techno‑commercial comparison statements.
• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
• Issue and manage Purchase Orders and Work Orders.
• Monitor vendor performance and resolve issues promptly.
• Ensure compliance with specifications and company standards.
• Maintain accurate procurement documentation and records.
• Collaborate with booking and accounts teams for invoice processing and vendor payments.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
• Proven experience in procurement within EPC or construction environments.
• Strong understanding of civil materials, BOQ, and construction specifications.

Required skills

• MS Excel for reporting and data analysis.
