Civil Supervision Engineer – Doha, Qatar

About the role

We are looking for a full‑time, on‑site Civil Supervision Engineer based in Doha, Qatar. The role involves overseeing and coordinating civil construction activities, ensuring compliance with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, health and safety regulations, and project schedules. The successful candidate will need strong technical knowledge and the ability to resolve site‑related issues promptly.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate civil construction activities on site.
• Ensure compliance with approved drawings, project specifications, and quality standards.
• Conduct site inspections and monitor construction progress.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and project teams.
• Review technical drawings and documents and prepare technical reports.
• Identify and resolve site‑related issues promptly.
• Monitor health and safety regulations and project schedules.

Required profile

• UPDA Certified.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles, construction methods, and site supervision practices.
• Proven experience supervising civil construction works and ensuring compliance with drawings and specifications.
• Relevant work experience in construction, consultancy, or supervision projects.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and project stakeholders.

Required skills

• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Familiarity with engineering and project management software.
