About the role
The Cluster Learning and Development Manager supports Al Messila and Sharq Village & Spa in aligning training initiatives with the organization’s mission and vision. Working closely with property leadership, the role ensures employees receive the knowledge and skills needed to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
Key responsibilities
- Promote and administer employee training programs across the cluster, covering product knowledge, company philosophy, customer service, and leadership.
- Conduct needs assessments, design curricula, and facilitate both custom and corporate training sessions.
- Monitor enrollment, attendance, and participant progress; evaluate training effectiveness using guest satisfaction data and performance metrics.
- Provide feedback to staff and managers on service behaviors and training outcomes.
- Develop training plans and budgets that are strategically linked to business objectives.
Required profile
- Either a 2‑year degree in Human Resources, Hospitality, Business Administration or related field with at least 2 years of HR or training experience, **or** a 4‑year bachelor’s degree in the same fields with no experience required.
- Certified trainer status.
