About the role

The College Counselor assists students in planning for post‑secondary education, offering guidance throughout the college application process, career exploration and other educational opportunities. The role involves close collaboration with students, parents and faculty to develop individualized academic and career plans.

Key responsibilities

Provide guidance on college selection, applications, essays and financial aid.
Support students in exploring career options and aligning them with academic pathways.
Collaborate with parents and faculty to create personalized education plans.
Stay informed about post‑secondary admission requirements and trends.

Required profile

Bachelor’s degree in Counseling, Education, Psychology, Social Work or a related field.
Master’s degree preferred.
