Commercial Manager

About the role

A well‑established recruitment agency in Qatar is seeking an experienced Commercial Manager to lead its commercial operations, drive profitability and support growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement commercial strategies to meet financial targets.
• Manage sales activities, including client acquisition and retention.
• Monitor market trends and competitor actions to identify business opportunities.
• Analyze financial data, produce performance reports and make strategic decisions.
• Collaborate with other departments to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Negotiate and finalize contracts with clients and suppliers while ensuring legal compliance.
• Lead, mentor and support a team of commercial staff.

Required profile

• Minimum 20 years of commercial management experience, preferably in recruitment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
• Proven track record of achieving financial targets and driving growth.
• Strong leadership, negotiation and communication abilities.
• Ability to analyse complex financial data and make strategic decisions.
• Knowledge of Qatar labour laws and regulations.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.

• Proficiency with CRM software.
