About the role

The Commercial Sponsorship & Sales Manager will lead the creation and execution of sponsorship and sales strategies that drive sustainable revenue growth across media platforms. Based in Doha, this senior role focuses on identifying new market opportunities, forging strategic partnerships, and delivering innovative sponsorship solutions that align with business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement commercial sponsorship and sales strategies aligned with revenue targets.
• Identify and unlock new revenue streams and white‑space opportunities in both linear and digital broadcast markets.
• Build and maintain a robust commercial pipeline to achieve growth objectives.
• Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive activity to inform strategy.
• Negotiate and secure sponsorship agreements and strategic partnerships.
• Manage end‑to‑end sponsorship and sales processes, ensuring long‑term stakeholder relationships.
• Monitor commercial performance, prepare forecasts and regular performance reports.

Required profile

• Minimum 15 years of progressive experience in media commercial sales, sponsorship, or business development.
• Proven track record of revenue growth and strategic partnership management in broadcast media (both linear and digital).
• Experience engaging with executive‑level stakeholders.
• Fluent in Arabic and professionally proficient in English.
