Commis Chef – Cold Kitchen

About the role
As a Commis Chef in the cold kitchen you will support the kitchen team by preparing and presenting cold dishes, ensuring high standards of hygiene and guest satisfaction. You will work in a fast‑paced environment, handling multiple orders while maintaining quality.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare, assemble and present cold menu items according to IHG standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation, adhering to hygiene and safety procedures.
- Assist senior chefs with stock rotation, food preservation and inventory control.
Required profile
- Minimum 2‑3 years of experience in a kitchen or food‑and‑beverage environment.
- Passion for teamwork and delivering excellent guest service.
- Ability to stay calm and multitask during busy periods.
Required skills
- Basic food hygiene certification.
- Knowledge of hygiene and safety procedures.
- Food preparation and presentation skills.
