Commis II – Kitchen Team Member

About the role

The Commis II will support the pastry and culinary teams at Four Seasons Resort and Residences on The Pearl-Qatar, preparing savory dishes and assisting with pastry production. This position ensures high standards of quality, hygiene, and presentation in a luxury beachfront hotel environment.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and produce savory food items and assist with pastry preparations.
• Maintain consistent quality, taste, presentation, and portion control.
• Assist with mise en place, daily production, and special event support.
• Uphold cleanliness, organization, and hygiene standards throughout the kitchen.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and local regulatory procedures.
• Manage proper storage, labeling, dating, and rotation of food items.
• Collaborate closely with the Pastry Chef and culinary team for smooth operations.
• Demonstrate willingness to learn pastry, bakery, and dessert techniques.
