Consultant – Project Governance Data & AI

About the role

The consultant will maintain an integrated view of Data & AI resource supply and demand, reconcile allocations, and support governance across the delivery lifecycle. The role involves close collaboration with project managers, finance, recruitment, and sales teams to ensure resource readiness and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and reconcile resource supply‑demand data across projects, pipelines and recruitment.
• Facilitate regular supply‑demand reviews, track actions and close gaps.
• Strengthen governance for RFI/RFP reviews, deal qualification and handover.
• Support budget and forecast preparation by aligning resource plans.
• Develop and maintain SOPs, process maps, RACI matrices and governance templates.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, Business, Finance or related field.
• 6–8 years of experience in business operations, resource management, PMO or workforce planning within an IT services or consulting environment.
• Strong understanding of project financial concepts and resource planning.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel for reporting and data analysis.
• Power BI or similar analytics tools for dashboard creation.
• Experience with resource‑management platforms such as Clarity or equivalent.
• Familiarity with ERP or workforce‑planning systems.
