Consultant - Project Governance DATA/AI

About the role

The Consultant – Project Governance DATA/AI will oversee the end‑to‑end supply‑and‑demand planning for Data & AI resources within Malomatia’s delivery portfolio. You will act as a bridge between recruitment, sales, finance and project teams to ensure resource availability aligns with project pipelines and strategic goals.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain an integrated view of Data & AI resource supply and demand across existing staff, recruitment pipelines, in‑delivery projects, backlog and sales opportunities.
• Reconcile resource allocations across project plans, ERP/workforce‑planning systems and forecasts, identifying and resolving gaps.
• Facilitate regular supply‑demand review meetings, track actions and ensure closure.
• Strengthen governance around RFI/RFP reviews, deal qualification and hand‑over from opportunity to project.
• Support budget and forecast preparation by aligning resource plans with delivery and pipeline requirements.
• Develop and maintain SOPs, process maps, RACI matrices and governance templates.
• Produce management dashboards and reports on resource health, utilization and delivery readiness.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, Business Administration, Finance or related field.
• 6–8 years of experience in business operations, resource management, PMO or delivery governance within an IT services or consulting environment.
• Strong understanding of resource supply‑demand management, project‑based workforce planning and project financial concepts.
• Proven ability to work with project managers, finance, recruitment, sales and resource‑management teams.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel for management reporting and data analysis.
• Power BI or similar analytics tools for dashboard creation.
• Experience with resource‑management platforms such as Clarity or equivalent ERP/workforce‑planning systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English.
