Consultant - Transformation Full-Stack Development

About the role

We are seeking a results‑driven Full‑Stack Software Engineer to join Malomatia’s digital transformation team. You will design, develop and deliver high‑performance web applications that combine technical excellence with practical business outcomes, handling the full feature lifecycle from stakeholder requirements to production deployment.

Key responsibilities

• Design, code and test scalable software solutions using a variety of backend and frontend technologies.
• Participate in the design of microservice and micro‑frontend architectures with frameworks such as React and Angular.
• Architect and implement high‑throughput RESTful APIs for processing large data streams.
• Lead modernization initiatives, refactoring legacy applications and migrating them to Java Spring Boot or ASP.NET Core.
• Design and optimise relational database schemas and implement persistence layers with SQL Server, Oracle or EF Core.
• Build responsive web dashboards and portals using Blazor, Angular and other modern front‑end frameworks.
• Mentor junior developers while championing Test‑Driven Development, SOLID principles and clean architecture.

Required profile

• Fluent Arabic language.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of full‑stack software engineering experience.
• Strong knowledge of clean architecture, CQRS and microservices.
• Experience with mobile development is a plus.
