Content Creator & Social Media Specialist

About the role

Radisson Hotel Group is seeking a creative and data‑driven Content Creator & Social Media Specialist to shape the brand’s online presence across all channels. You will work closely with internal teams and external partners to produce on‑brand visual and written content that engages guests and drives brand awareness.

Key responsibilities

• Create engaging, on‑brand visual and written content for all social media platforms.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure consistent messaging.
• Manage daily social media activities, including scheduling, posting, and community interaction.
• Coordinate photo and video shoot logistics with models, internal teams and agencies.
• Edit and produce high‑quality photo and video assets for digital use.
• Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies and maintain the influencer database.
• Write concise social media copy aligned with Radisson Blu’s tone of voice.
• Plan, launch and optimise paid social advertising campaigns.
• Track performance metrics, generate reports and provide data‑driven recommendations.
• Stay current on social media trends, emerging platforms and best practices.

Required profile

• Fluent in English (business writing and speaking).
• Proven experience in social media content creation.
• Strong writing, editing and storytelling abilities.
• Ability to create and edit visually engaging photo and video content.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro).
• Knowledge of social platforms, trends and best practices.
• Experience with scheduling and analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Later, Meta Business Suite).
• Experience managing paid social media advertising.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Comfortable working under pressure and handling multiple deadlines.
