Content & Graphic Specialist

About the role

Alwadi Hotel Doha, the first MGallery boutique hotel in Msheireb Downtown Doha, is looking for a Content & Graphic Specialist. You will turn each property's unique story into engaging content and striking visuals, helping guests connect with the hotel across digital and print platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Create visual content and copy for social media, the website and digital marketing channels
• Design graphics, promotional materials, ads, flyers and brochures
• Develop content reflecting the MGallery brand identity and luxury positioning
• Capture and edit photos and videos of facilities, dining, events and guest experiences
• Support social media calendars and digital marketing campaigns
• Collaborate with the Marketing team on creative concepts for promotions and events
• Keep content consistent with brand guidelines and quality standards
• Maintain website content, online listings and digital materials, and support internal communications and event visuals
• Manage several creative projects at once with timely delivery

Required profile

• 2-3 years of experience in graphic design, content creation, digital marketing or a related creative role; hospitality experience is an advantage
• Degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Communications, Marketing or a related field preferred
• Strong portfolio showing graphic design, visual storytelling and digital content creation
• Experience creating content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and LinkedIn
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with attention to grammar and detail
• Good understanding of social media trends and digital marketing principles
• Organised, able to manage multiple deadlines, and able to work in a diverse, multicultural team

Required skills

• Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Canva and video-editing tools (advantage)
• Photography, videography and video editing
