Content Manager – Lead Creative & Social Media

About the role

We are looking for a Content Manager to lead and manage the company’s creative activities across graphic design, video content, and social media. The ideal candidate will have strong creative skills combined with experience managing designers and ensuring consistent, high-quality brand content across digital channels.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and guide graphic designers and video editors, allocating tasks and monitoring delivery.
• Develop creative concepts for social media, digital campaigns, marketing materials, and brand communications.
• Oversee production of graphics, videos, reels, animations, and other visual content.
• Direct the company’s social media content and creative direction to maintain consistent brand identity.
• Collaborate with marketing and business teams to translate campaigns into engaging creative content.
• Review and approve creative work to ensure quality, accuracy, and brand consistency.
• Develop and maintain content calendars and creative plans for social media platforms.
• Stay updated on social media trends, visual trends, content formats, and emerging creative tools.
• Manage multiple creative projects and ensure deadlines are met.
• Coordinate with external agencies, freelancers, photographers, or other creative partners when required.

Required profile

• 8+ years of experience in related field.
• Proven experience managing graphic designers and video editors.
• Strong understanding of social media content and digital marketing.
• Fluent in Arabic and English (Arabic mandatory).
• A strong portfolio demonstrating graphic design, video, branding, and social media content.
