Contract Management Specialist

About the role

The Contract Management Specialist will lead the end‑to‑end contracting process, ensuring services are delivered on time, within budget, and in line with HSSE standards. You will work closely with engineering, technical and commercial teams to protect the company’s interests while supporting project execution.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement contracting strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Conduct engineering, technical and commercial reviews of scopes of work, identifying risks and safeguarding company interests.
• Review tender documents for high‑value services and organise technical/commercial bid evaluations.
• Assess contractor performance, including HSSE compliance and employee welfare, and recommend contract amendments.
• Foster strong relationships with contractors to ensure smooth operations and service delivery.
• Support HSSE documentation collection, review and validation during contract setup and execution.
• Evaluate commercial risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Provide expert advice on tendering and contracting processes, incorporating financial, technical and commercial insights.
• Perform cost analysis, monitor savings and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience in contract management, tendering or related fields.
• Strong understanding of HSSE compliance, risk management and cost optimisation.
• Proven ability to evaluate contractor performance and manage commercial risks.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
