Corporate Sales Manager

About the role

Rosewood Doha is seeking a Corporate Sales Manager to drive revenue across its luxury hotel, serviced apartments and private residences. Reporting to the Director of Sales, you will act as the primary liaison for corporate accounts, tailoring proposals and presentations to meet the unique needs of each market segment.

Key responsibilities

• Represent Rosewood Doha professionally and courteously at all times.
• Maintain deep knowledge of all hotel facilities and benefits for targeted market segments.
• Develop and deliver customized sales presentations based on client preferences and corporate variables.
• Research competitive markets, compile intelligence, and analyse buying behaviour to inform sales strategies.
• Identify key decision‑makers within accounts and devise strategies to maximise revenue conversion.
• Plan and execute sales call activity aligned with the Director of Sales’ priorities.
• Attend tradeshows, roadshows and sales events as directed.
• Support the events team with proposals, contracts and site inspections when required.
• Prepare and present weekly/monthly sales reports and contribute data for the annual Sales & Marketing Plan.
