Cost Management Analyst

About the role

The Cost Management Analyst will lead cost monitoring, analysis and reporting for our fertilizer operations in Doha. You will ensure financial efficiency, regulatory compliance and alignment with corporate policies while supporting strategic decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor daily cost data, track variances and deliver periodic cost reports.
• Prepare the annual cost management plan, budgeting model and related procedures.
• Coordinate budgeting, forecasting and reporting activities across the organization.
• Develop and maintain a holistic view of historical and forward‑looking cost and inventory balances.
• Lead cross‑functional alignment on cost assumptions, objectives and performance expectations.
• Provide monthly cost analysis, gap analysis and KPI reporting to senior management.
• Drive cash‑preservation initiatives and benchmark exercises to identify cost‑saving opportunities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline.
• 3–5 years of experience in cost management, preferably in the fertilizer industry.
• Minimum 5 years of hands‑on experience with SAP S/4HANA.
• Fluent English (reading, writing, speaking).
