Creative Director – Lead Brand & Marketing Vision

About the role

The Creative Director will shape and drive the overall creative vision for the brand, ensuring all marketing initiatives reflect a cohesive, premium identity. You will lead a multidisciplinary team to deliver innovative campaigns across digital, print and social channels.

Key responsibilities

• Define and steer the creative strategy, developing concepts that align with business objectives.
• Maintain and evolve brand guidelines, tone of voice and visual standards across all subsidiaries.
• Lead, mentor and allocate work for designers, content creators and media teams, fostering collaboration and accountability.
• Approve creative concepts, designs and campaigns, working closely with marketing, sales and product teams.
• Present ideas and final deliverables to senior stakeholders, manage feedback and ensure timely revisions.
• Stay current with industry trends, design innovations and digital tools, introducing new formats and technologies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Marketing, Fine Arts or a related field.
• 7‑10+ years of experience in creative roles within agencies or corporate environments.
• Proven track record of leading creative teams and delivering successful campaigns.
• Strong portfolio showcasing branding, design and campaign work.
