About the role

As a member of our crew and a representative of the Shake Shack brand, you will deliver excellent customer service to ensure guests enjoy their dining experience and are motivated to return.

Key responsibilities

Provide customers with excellent service throughout their visit.
Ensure an enjoyable dining experience that encourages repeat visits.

Required profile

1-2 years experience in a high‑volume, fast‑paced restaurant.
Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
Basic computer knowledge.
