CRM Architect – Microsoft Dynamics 365 Specialist

About the role

Systems Limited – Middle East & Africa (Techvista) is seeking an experienced CRM Architect to design, lead and oversee enterprise‑wide CRM solutions. The role focuses on Microsoft Dynamics 365, cloud platforms and integration of core business applications, translating business needs into secure, scalable architectures.

Key responsibilities

• Design end‑to‑end CRM architecture aligned with business and technology strategies.
• Lead Microsoft Dynamics 365 solution architecture, configuration and integration design.
• Define data models, application components, integration patterns and technical standards.
• Design integrations between CRM, core applications, APIs, middleware and external systems.
• Evaluate and recommend CRM technologies, platforms and architectural approaches.
• Ensure scalability, security, performance, availability and maintainability of CRM solutions.
• Provide technical leadership throughout design, development, testing, deployment and production support.
• Support CRM modernization, digital transformation and cloud adoption initiatives.

Required profile

• 10‑15 years of experience in CRM, solution architecture or enterprise application architecture.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or a related field.
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 / Power Platform or relevant architecture certifications are a plus.

Required skills

• Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Sales, Customer Service, Power Platform, Dataverse).
• REST APIs, web services, middleware and enterprise integration patterns.
• Azure cloud services and cloud‑based CRM architectures.
• Power Automate, Power Apps and Dynamics 365 integration capabilities.
• CRM data architecture, security roles, identity/access management and performance optimization.
