CTQ HR Manager

About the role

The Area HR Business Partner plays a strategic role aligning HR strategies with business objectives across Caspian, Turkey and Qatar. Reporting directly to the Area VP and functionally to MCA HR‑VP, the role partners with functions and product lines to drive business results and ensure effective implementation of HR policies and programs.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with regional leaders to develop and execute HR strategies that support business goals.
• Support talent acquisition, succession planning and leadership development for critical roles.
• Drive performance management frameworks and promote a high‑performance, merit‑based culture.
• Monitor employee engagement, address attrition and implement retention initiatives.
• Provide compensation benchmarking, pay‑structure guidance and support offer decisions.
• Lead organizational restructuring, change‑management initiatives and ensure smooth implementation of new business models.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and maintain strong HR governance across the Middle East.
• Partner with Centers of Excellence (Talent Acquisition, L&D, HRIS, Rewards) and act as a bridge between business and HR functions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• 15 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 3 years in an HR Business Partner role, preferably within a regional or global organization.
