CTQ HR Manager

About the role

The Area HR Business Partner (HRBP) will align HR strategies with business objectives across Caspian, Turkey and Qatar, reporting directly to the Area VP and functionally to MCA HR-VP. This senior role partners with leaders to drive workforce planning, talent management and organizational effectiveness.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with regional leaders to develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business goals and act as a trusted advisor.
• Provide insights on workforce planning, organizational design, capability building and align HR initiatives with Centers of Excellence.
• Lead talent management activities including recruitment, onboarding, succession planning and leadership development.
• Drive performance management frameworks, promote a high‑performance culture and support capability‑building initiatives.
• Oversee employee engagement, retention strategies and address attrition in critical roles.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws, HR governance and risk mitigation across Middle East countries.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum 15 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 3 years in a business partner role.
• Experience working in a regional or global organization, with strong business acumen.

Required skills

• Proficiency with HR information systems (HRIS) and related data analytics tools.
• Strong analytical ability to interpret HR metrics and support data‑driven decision making.
