Curriculum Coordinator

About the role

The school is seeking an experienced Curriculum Coordinator to lead the planning, implementation and continuous review of the American curriculum across assigned grade levels. The role supports instructional excellence and drives academic improvement in a multicultural international environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead curriculum planning, mapping and assessment coordination for the American curriculum.
• Coach, mentor and observe teachers, providing professional feedback and development.
• Analyse student performance data to identify trends and recommend targeted interventions.
• Ensure compliance with accreditation standards and school policies.
• Collaborate with department heads and school leaders to achieve strategic academic goals.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Education (Master's preferred) with 3–5 years of curriculum coordination or instructional leadership experience in an international school.
• Strong knowledge of curriculum development, assessment frameworks and best instructional practices.
• Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills, with ability to manage multiple academic initiatives.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with educational management systems.
