Customer Research Insights Officer

About the role

We are looking for a Customer Research Insights Officer to join our Corporate Customer Care team in Doha. You will support the Senior Officer in gathering, analysing and reporting customer research data to drive informed decisions across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Senior Officer in maintaining and improving flexible dashboards.
• Share customer insights and research results with the Customer Care management team and relevant business units.
• Customize research methodologies to meet the needs of Customer Care and other units.
• Deliver KPI measurements, produce regular internal reports and monitor performance.
• Conduct competitor research and present findings to senior staff.
• Collaborate with IT to enhance data quality, collection mechanisms and usage.
• Perform other department duties as directed by the Head of Department.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems, Mathematics, Psychology, Social Sciences, Statistics, Applied Computer Science or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in research, data analysis or customer insights.
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with analytical and visualisation tools such as SAS, SPSS, SQL, Power BI, Tableau and SAP BOBJ.
• Skills in data extraction, transformation, visual analytics and database modelling.
• Ability to create and present reports and dashboards.
