About the role
The Customer Service Associate (Fashion) will be a key member of the retail team, delivering exceptional service to shoppers and supporting store operations. You will engage with customers, maintain visual standards, manage inventory, and operate the cash register to ensure a smooth and enjoyable shopping experience.
Key responsibilities
- Engage with customers, address basic complaints and escalate when necessary.
- Maintain store visual merchandising standards and keep the sales floor clean and inviting.
- Receive shipments, restock shelves, and help manage inventory levels.
- Recommend products, upsell and cross‑sell based on customer needs.
- Operate the cash register, process transactions accurately and maintain a tidy checkout area.
Required profile
- Previous experience in a customer‑facing role, preferably in retail.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail for store presentation and inventory accuracy.
- Ability to handle cash responsibly and follow company policies.
