About the role
We are looking for a Customer Service Executive to manage our automotive CRM operations. The role focuses on delivering high‑quality support while maintaining accurate data in our CRM/DMS platforms.
Key responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries and provide timely resolutions.
- Maintain and update customer records using CRM/DMS systems.
- Utilise Keyloop (Auto Line) to manage automotive data and workflows.
- Coordinate with sales and service teams to ensure seamless communication.
- Monitor and improve service processes in a fast‑paced environment.
Required profile
- 3‑5 years of relevant experience in customer service or CRM roles.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Strong organisational skills with keen attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast‑moving setting.
Required skills
- Proven CRM experience in the automotive industry.
- Hands‑on experience with CRM/DMS systems.
- Familiarity with Keyloop (Auto Line) platform.
