Customer Success Manager (K-12 Education)

About the role

Little Thinking Minds is seeking a Customer Success Manager to own post‑sales relationships with schools across Qatar. You will ensure educators, students, and families receive maximum value from the LTM/Seesaw solutions, driving adoption, renewals, and expansion within the K‑12 market.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for assigned schools and partners, building long‑term relationships.
• Manage renewal and expansion processes, understanding school budgets and procurement cycles.
• Conduct monthly check‑ins and onsite visits to monitor usage and improve adoption.
• Organise teacher, parent, and Ramadan competitions, as well as end‑of‑year ceremonies.
• Identify opportunities to broaden product usage across grades, departments, or additional offerings.
• Collaborate with Sales, Account, Content, and Product teams to support upsell and cross‑sell initiatives.
• Gather feedback from schools and relay insights to internal teams.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing post‑sales relationships in the K‑12 education sector.
• Strong understanding of school budgeting, procurement, and renewal cycles.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills with educators, administrators, and families.
• Ability to travel for onsite meetings and events.
