Customer Technical Support Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Customer Technical Support Engineer to provide timely, accurate assistance to our clients via phone, email and chat. You will act as the bridge between customers and our product teams, ensuring issues are resolved and feedback is communicated.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer queries promptly through multiple channels.
• Assess training needs, design and deliver technical training programs.
• Analyze product malfunctions, test scenarios and update internal knowledge bases.
• Monitor social media for complaints and proactively offer assistance.
• Share feature requests and workarounds with internal teams.
• Document technical issues, track them to resolution and escalate when necessary.
• Test beta versions and contribute to system analysis for new modules.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in technical support, help‑desk or desktop support roles.
• Proven ability to diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software and network issues.
• Excellent communication, problem‑solving and multitasking skills.
• Familiarity with CRM and ERP environments is a plus.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with Windows, Linux and macOS environments.
• Use of help‑desk software and remote support tools.
• Understanding of computer systems, mobile devices and network configuration.
• System analysis and beta testing of software updates.
• Documentation of technical knowledge in notes and manuals.
