Cybersecurity & Infrastructure Analyst

About the role

Lesha Bank is seeking a Cybersecurity & Infrastructure Analyst to support the bank’s infrastructure, cloud, and security operations. The role combines hands‑on administration of on‑premise, hosted, and cloud environments with active monitoring of the bank’s cybersecurity posture.

Key responsibilities

• Administer the bank’s infrastructure estate, including networks, servers, storage, virtualization, and end‑user computing across on‑premise, hosted, and cloud platforms.
• Perform day‑to‑day management of core platforms such as server virtualization, directory/identity services, email & messaging, databases, and enterprise backup.
• Apply ITIL‑aligned processes for incident, problem, and change management and manage the help‑desk ticketing system.
• Lead disaster‑recovery planning, testing, and data‑replication for production and DR environments.
• Monitor threats, respond to security incidents, manage vulnerability remediation, and coordinate with the Security Operations Center (SOC).
• Administer security tools including email security, endpoint protection, data‑loss‑prevention, and information‑classification controls.
• Configure conditional access, mobile/BYOD security, and support risk, compliance, and audit requirements.

Required profile

• Experienced professional with strong hands‑on background in IT infrastructure, cloud services, and cybersecurity operations.
• Ability to make sound technical judgments, resolve issues directly, and escalate when needed.
• Familiarity with ITIL service‑management practices and disaster‑recovery processes.
