Cybersecurity Manager

About the role

The Cybersecurity Manager will lead the day‑to‑day execution of Snoonu’s cybersecurity operations. Reporting to the Head of Cybersecurity, this role translates strategic policies into reliable security capabilities across operations, vulnerability management, incident response, application and cloud security, identity security, and governance.

Key responsibilities

• Transform the cybersecurity strategy into operational plans, set priorities, and manage execution schedules across multiple workstreams.
• Oversee security monitoring, triage alerts, investigate incidents, and act as the operational incident commander.
• Manage the vulnerability management program, ensuring timely triage, prioritisation, assignment, and remediation.
• Coordinate with engineering, infrastructure, and platform teams to track and remediate risks against service‑level agreements.
• Maintain up‑to‑date security processes, runbooks, and documentation, and ensure consistent team adherence.
• Report on capacity, workload, and resourcing needs to support planning and budgeting.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading security engineers, analysts, and specialists in a fast‑moving environment.
• Strong ability to translate high‑level strategy into concrete operational actions.
• Excellent communication with technology, product, IT, data, and business stakeholders.
• Capacity to act as the primary escalation point for operational security matters.
