D365 Finance Functional Consultant

About the role

Madre Integrated Engineering is looking for a D365 Finance Functional Consultant in Doha to lead the functional design and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance solutions. The consultant works with stakeholders on business processes, configures Finance modules, prepares functional design documents and supports project delivery through to go-live.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct business process workshops and requirement-gathering sessions with stakeholders.
• Configure and optimize Finance modules: General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cash & Bank Management, Fixed Assets, Budgeting, Cost Accounting and Financial Reporting.
• Prepare Functional Design Documents (FDDs) and business process documentation.
• Work with technical teams on customizations, integrations and reports.
• Perform fit-gap analysis and recommend best practices aligned with D365 capabilities.
• Support data migration, SIT/UAT testing, training and go-live, and provide post-implementation support.
• Mentor junior consultants and collaborate with project managers and cross-functional teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, Business Administration or a related field.
• 9-12 years of ERP consulting experience, with at least 5+ years in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
• Experience in multiple end-to-end D365 F&O implementation projects.
• Mandatory certifications: MB-300 (Core Finance and Operations) and MB-310 (Finance).
