Data and AI Specialist

About the role

The organization seeks a highly skilled Data and AI Specialist to design, build, and manage advanced data pipelines and AI solutions across multi‑cloud environments. You will ensure that AI initiatives are secure, ethical, and aligned with business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, and operate data pipelines and analytics platforms using Azure Data Factory, Synapse Analytics, and Data Lake.
• Develop, train, and deploy machine‑learning and AI models on Azure Machine Learning and integrate them with other cloud services.
• Implement data governance, security, and compliance controls across Azure, Google Cloud, and AWS.
• Conduct data analysis, reporting, and visualization with Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent tools.
• Document and enforce AI governance frameworks, policies, and ethical guidelines.
• Provide technical mentorship, training, and awareness sessions on AI and data tools to internal teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or a related field (required); Master’s degree preferred.
• Strong hands‑on experience with Microsoft Azure AI and Data Services (Azure ML, Synapse, Cognitive Services, Data Factory, Data Lake).
• Proficiency in Python, R, SQL, and AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit‑learn.
• Knowledge of data governance, MLOps, and ethical AI frameworks.
• Fluency in English; Arabic proficiency is a plus.
