Delivery Consultant

About the role

As a Delivery Consultant you will join a high‑performance team that partners with public‑sector and healthcare clients to design and implement digital transformation solutions. You will manage small projects or components of larger programmes, develop clear plans, track metrics and ensure lasting impact.

Key responsibilities

• Manage small‑to‑medium sized projects, defining tasks, timelines and metrics.
• Create actionable roadmaps by refining workflows and aligning them with global directives.
• Codify project learnings to strengthen the firm’s knowledge base and share insights with teams.
• Coach client staff on‑the‑job to build sustainable capabilities beyond project completion.
• Collaborate with public‑sector and healthcare leaders and other McKinsey teams to deliver innovative solutions.

Required profile

• Undergraduate degree in business, economics, engineering or a related field with an outstanding academic record.
• 2+ years of consulting or business experience with a proven record of achievement.
• Experience or strong interest in digital transformation within the public sector.
• Ability to manage and deliver small‑medium projects and solve complex problems.
• Strong client‑service orientation and collaborative mindset.
• Willingness to travel, primarily within the EEMA region.
• Fluent communication in English and Arabic.
