Delivery Engagement Manager

About the role

Capgemini is seeking an experienced Delivery Engagement Manager to lead the end‑to‑end delivery of a Temenos T24 Upgrade and Core Banking Transformation Program in Doha, Qatar.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary program interface between the bank, Tememos, implementation partners and key stakeholders.
• Establish and manage program governance, steering committees and executive reporting.
• Own program scope, schedule, budget, quality, risks and overall delivery outcomes.
• Coordinate business, operations, technology and PMO workstreams to ensure successful execution.
• Manage on‑shore and off‑shore delivery teams, vendors and third‑party stakeholders.
• Drive solution implementation across Temenos T24 modules and associated banking systems.
• Oversee data migration strategy, execution, reconciliation and business sign‑off.
• Lead SIT, UAT, performance testing, readiness assessments and defect resolution activities.

Required profile

• 18‑20 years of experience in large‑scale banking transformation programs.
• Proven ability to manage complex multi‑vendor environments and cross‑functional teams.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory, audit, security and internal governance requirements.
