Delivery Lead - Investment Systems

About the role

Lesha Bank is seeking a Delivery Lead for its Investment Systems platform. The role is responsible for delivering the bank’s investment management solution across front‑office, middle‑office and private‑wealth functions, ensuring the technology meets business needs from day one.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the end‑to‑end delivery of the investment management platform and associated downstream initiatives.
• Select and apply the appropriate delivery methodology (waterfall, agile, or iterative) based on project risk and scope.
• Own integration work with internal systems, external market‑data providers and third‑party services.
• Conduct business analysis for front‑office, middle‑office and private‑wealth teams.
• Manage vendors on fixed‑price or time‑and‑materials contracts, tracking spend and ensuring alignment with scope.
• Track and report project/program budgets, escalating variances as needed.
• Establish and maintain delivery methodology, governance standards and PMO artefacts.
• Run the Change Advisory Board process, handling risk assessment, business sign‑off and release scheduling.
• Serve as the primary contact for risk, audit and external assessment responses.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering large‑scale investment management platforms.
• Deep understanding of private and public market investment processes.
• Strong project‑delivery and business‑analysis capabilities.
• Experience managing vendor relationships and technology budgets.
• Familiarity with governance, risk and audit requirements in a banking environment.
