Delivery Rider

About the role

IIQAF Group is looking for a reliable, punctual and customer‑focused Delivery Rider to support its hospitality and delivery operations in Doha, Qatar. The role involves safely collecting and delivering food, beverages, restaurant orders, catering items, packages and documents to customers, hotels, restaurants and offices.

Key responsibilities

• Collect orders from restaurants, hotels, kitchens, catering facilities, warehouses and other pickup points.
• Verify orders against receipts, delivery notes, invoices and delivery instructions before departure.
• Deliver food, beverages and other items safely and on time while maintaining quality and presentation.
• Perform daily motorcycle safety checks and report any breakdowns, accidents or maintenance needs.
• Follow Qatar traffic laws, road safety regulations and company driving policies.
• Support peak‑period deliveries, events and catering operations as required.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• Valid Qatar motorcycle driving licence or legally valid licence for the assigned vehicle.
• Previous experience as a delivery rider, bike courier, food delivery rider or similar role.
• Familiarity with Doha roads, neighborhoods and traffic conditions.
• Strong knowledge of GPS, Google Maps and mobile delivery platforms.
• Reliable, punctual, professional and customer‑focused attitude.
