Dental Lab Technician

About the role

Smart Arches Dental Implant Centers is seeking a skilled Dental Lab Technician to join its clinical operations team. You will design, fabricate, and finish dental prosthetics using both digital and traditional workflows, ensuring high‑quality outcomes for patients.

Key responsibilities

• Design crowns, bridges, implants and All‑on‑X restorations using Exocad or 3Shape.
• Operate, maintain and troubleshoot milling machines, 3D printers and sintering ovens.
• Fabricate dentures from impression to final insertion, including repairs, relines and re‑bases.
• Collaborate with doctors to verify case accuracy and patient satisfaction.
• Maintain quality control across all lab output and assist with case communication when needed.
• Monitor equipment performance and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of dental lab experience (digital or traditional).
• Proficiency with Exocad or 3Shape software.
• Ability to operate and troubleshoot milling machines and sintering ovens.
• Familiarity with Hyperdent and iCam software.
• Strong attention to detail and quality craftsmanship.
• Preferred experience with implant and All‑on‑X cases and prior lab technology training.

What we offer

• Starting pay of $25 per hour.
• Full‑time schedule (35+ hours per week).
