About the role

We are seeking a proactive DevOps Engineer to join Avey’s AI‑driven healthcare platform in Doha. In this hands‑on position you will own and evolve the cloud infrastructure that powers our clinical‑care solutions, with a focus on AWS, Kubernetes and GPU‑accelerated workloads.

Key responsibilities

Design, provision and maintain AWS resources (VPC, EKS, RDS, ElastiCache, ECR, IAM, VPN, PrivateLink) using Terraform.
Operate and scale Kubernetes clusters (EKS) including GPU node groups, Helm charts, RBAC and ingress controllers.
Build and optimise CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions, OIDC authentication, Docker Buildx and automated deployments.
Manage networking and edge services such as ALB, NLB, API Gateway/Kong, TLS, DNS and private connectivity.
Implement secrets and access control using Vault, AWS KMS, IRSA and least‑privilege IAM policies.
Support GPU/LLM workloads, including model deployment, inference infrastructure and scaling.
Ensure observability through OpenTelemetry, logging, alerting and incident handling.
Collaborate with product teams to onboard services and promote platform best practices.

Required profile

~4‑5 years of experience in DevOps, Platform or SRE roles.
Strong hands‑on expertise with AWS core services and Kubernetes.
Proven ability to write and maintain Terraform modules and manage state.
Experience building CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions and Docker.
Solid Linux command‑line skills and scripting in Bash.
Clear written communication and a collaborative mindset.
