DevOps Engineer for AI Platform

About the role

Intelligence Experts is looking for a DevOps Engineer to build and operate the cloud platform that powers its agentic AI systems for the pharmaceutical industry. You will partner with AI engineers to ensure the infrastructure is reliable, secure, and scalable.

Key responsibilities

• Design, provision, and operate AWS EKS clusters and supporting AWS services (VPC, IAM, ECR, load balancing, storage, secrets) using Infrastructure as Code.
• Build and maintain GitHub Actions CI/CD pipelines for Python AI services, container images, testing, security scanning, and promotion across environments.
• Manage Kubernetes deployments with Helm, Kustomize or GitOps tools, implementing safe rollout strategies such as rolling, blue/green, and canary.
• Own the observability stack (Prometheus, Grafana, Loki) to provide metrics, dashboards, log aggregation, alerting and SLOs for platform and AI workloads.
• Collaborate with AI engineers to deploy and scale LLM‑based services, vector databases, model gateways, and data pipelines, including token/cost monitoring and GPU capacity.
• Enforce security, access control, audit logging and change management suitable for a regulated pharmaceutical environment.

Required profile

• 4+ years of DevOps, SRE or platform engineering experience in production environments.
• Hands‑on experience running Kubernetes on AWS EKS.
• Strong background building CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions and solid Git workflows.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform or CloudFormation/CDK), Docker and Linux administration.
• Proficiency in Python and Bash scripting.
• Genuine interest in AI, LLMs and agentic AI tooling.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
