Digital Business Partner

About the role

The Digital Business Partner serves as the primary liaison between the airport’s IT department and an assigned business unit (e.g., Airport Ops Control Centre, Facilities Management, or Customer Experience). The role aligns technology initiatives with business objectives, drives digital transformation, and ensures that IT investments deliver measurable value.

Key responsibilities

• Gather, prioritize, and translate business demands into structured requirements for effective governance and portfolio planning.
• Maintain deep knowledge of the assigned business domain through continuous engagement with processes, services, challenges, and opportunities.
• Identify and promote innovation, data‑led improvements, and digital transformation opportunities.
• Collaborate on technology strategy, capability plans, roadmaps, and improvement priorities.
• Support the definition of business requirements for AI product development within the domain.
• Resolve conflicting requirements and stakeholder expectations through communication, escalation, and negotiation.
• Facilitate regular service reviews, stakeholder discussions, and feedback sessions.
• Contribute to demand planning, annual budgeting, and supplier interface activities.
• Track continual service improvement actions and monitor business value outcomes.

Required profile

• High School/Vocational/Diploma with at least 7 years of relevant experience, OR a Bachelor’s degree with at least 6 years of relevant experience.
• Mandatory airport experience.
• Proven experience in IT business partnering, service delivery, and demand management.
