Digital Marketing Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a data‑driven Digital Marketing & Performance Specialist to lead paid‑media initiatives across Qatar Living’s ecosystem. The role combines deep analytical expertise with a strong grasp of ad‑auction mechanics to generate traffic, engagement and revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and optimise paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok and other platforms, managing bidding strategies (CPC, CPM, CPA) to improve cost efficiency.
• Analyse campaign performance using Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Meta Business Suite and other tools; report on KPIs such as CTR, CPA, ROAS, CAC and LTV.
• Design and run structured A/B tests for creatives, copy, targeting and landing pages, translating insights into growth strategies.
• Apply behavioural‑psychology principles to audience segmentation, funnel optimisation and conversion‑rate improvement.
• Develop acquisition and retargeting strategies for Qatar Living verticals (Jobs, Properties, Vehicles, Deals) and collaborate with sales and product teams.
• Implement SEO best practices and optimise landing pages to boost organic visibility and conversion rates.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field.
• 3–6 years of experience in performance marketing or digital growth roles, preferably in marketplace or e‑commerce environments.
• Proven track record of managing paid‑media budgets with measurable ROI.
• Strong understanding of digital ad‑auction systems, optimisation mechanics and data‑driven decision making.
