Digital Marketing Specialist

About the role

SHIFT Group is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to plan and deliver digital campaigns across its businesses, taking ownership of results and ensuring timely execution.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and manage campaigns across social media, search, email, and other digital channels.
• Coordinate content, design, and publishing schedules with internal teams.
• Manage paid advertising budgets and optimize campaigns against agreed targets.
• Track website traffic, leads, engagement, and conversions, and recommend improvements.
• Support SEO, website updates, and landing page performance.
• Keep stakeholders informed of progress, results, and any risks to deadlines or targets.

Required profile

• At least 5 years of hands‑on digital marketing experience.
• Proven experience managing paid social and search campaigns.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to turn data into action.
• Excellent organization, communication, and attention to detail.
• A strong sense of ownership and accountability, with a track record of delivering on commitments.
• The ability to work effectively across multiple teams and brands.
